Forced social events and company wide meetings that provide nothing of importance.
Workload is very high and internal processes make it that much harder especially when every department does it differently.
Pay is dreadfully low packaged with "benefits" that don't really compensate for how little you get.
Extremely high turnover there's a going away message almost every week, it's kind of nuts, most of it is due to people being burnt out over upper management
Most directors have this really awfully male mate attitude, that's kind of toxic, if you're not a man you're going to feel out of place, especially when you try to give them any sort of criticism they'll most likely ignore you unless you're in their inner circle
