Pros

Mission focused, support a strong culture (currently a work in progress but is a priority focus).

Cons

Newer company still trying to implement vision to concept to execution. Nothing out of the norm but still establishing itself internally.

Pros

Pay was above average compared to other places.

Cons

This company operates with a "beehive" mentality at the top: a tightly-knit group of insiders (mostly former military buddies) who throw buzzwords on screens while behind closed doors exist without any coherent vision or strategic direction. Despite securing a billion-dollar contract, there’s little to no evidence of true operational competence—just a handful of people who knew the right people, at the right time, and are now in over their heads. Training? Nonexistent. Onboarding? Disorganized at best, chaotic at worst. New hires are expected to "figure it out" with no support and then penalized when they don’t meet vague, non-written objectives. Suggestions or improvements are not welcomed—they're viewed as insubordination, particularly from female counterparts. Innovation dies quickly here. The company culture is equally broken. Leadership values loyalty over competence, optics over substance. Dissent is punished, mediocrity is rewarded. There is no diversity in executive leadership—visually or ideologically—and it shows in every decision, hire, and policy. If you're a woman, be especially cautious. They have been disproportionately reprimanded for being "too loud" or "disrespectful" or "fill in the blank" and excluded from decision-making, or even forced out... only to be replaced by men, including some with active harassment allegations. At the end of the day, this place is not a place to grow, be heard, or build anything meaningful. Even those in the good ol' boys club are routinely confused and stressed about where they stand. Better to save your soul and take decent money elsewhere.
