Pros

Great co workers, amazing benefits, community feeling with a growth mindset and multiple opportunities for advancement. The flexibility with employees is truly amazing and their willingness to work around life circumstances. The offer multiple opportunities for continued education.

Cons

Working in mental health can be exhausting emotionally. I really do love my job but if I really had to pick something that I didn't like I would say that a con would be the inconsistency in day to day scheduling. In this line of work so many different things can happen to change the schedule for the day and you just have to role with it. Some days can be simple but others can be pretty long.

Pros

Good community and endearing work

Cons

They offered me a job but then flaked and said they would have a start date soon. Catch is they seemed to be having enrollment issues and flaked on giving me a date despite saying they’d have one by next week. But not before I had planned too far ahead and signed a lease for an apartment that I now have no need for. Had no choice to send an ultimatum for a start date and they never responded. Didn’t waste my time because the seminar was a good experience. But sure did disappoint.
