Pros
Fully remote. Company provides extra computer monitor, headset, and credentialing for additional licensures.
Cons
Orientation is rushed, disorganized, and confusing. Reference materials contain incomplete or out of date processes/guidelines despite multiple requests to have these updated. The schedule you agreed to in your contract is constantly changed without warning and management threatens to take action if you don’t comply. New or updated processes are disorganized and inconsistent on how the information is released, taking a lot of time to comb through multiple different resources to find an answer. However, this is not taken into account with the ever increasing metric demands. You also never know where you stand with the company since they do not have annual evaluations or raises; reached out to only when they want to correct you or have negative feedback; never any positive feedback despite management being aware of low morale amongst staff. You can get multiple different answers to one question depending on which manager you ask, some will dig further to find the correct answer while others guess. This causes further confusion amongst staff due to the poor communication and lack of consistency, causing management to correct this months (or longer) down the road. Multiple staff have been fired without any verbal or written warnings. Management encourages you to come up with ideas to improve processes however they’re typically shot down and be penalized for this.
