Pros

Many of the employees across the technical departments are extremely bright, eager to share their knowledge and deliver remarkable successes in all areas.

Cons

The managers that seem to thrive there have little regard for their employees' talent and individuality. They take credit for all departmental accomplishments and refuse to acknowledge their employees' achievements or reward them financially for their long hours and impressive results.

Thanks for sharing your insights. We recently ran our first engagement and leadership survey where we asked a series of questions about our leaders. This survey was conducted in an anonymous fashion across our organization. We were extremely happy with the responses. Our employees feel supported by their leaders and one of the highest scores for our technical team was the work-life balance statement. Our employees overwhelming feel supported in their development and recognized for their efforts across our organization.

Pros

Wellness days and flexible hours

Cons

This used to be a great place to work. It’s become toxic, especially for women. Female leaders and employees continue to disappear while external male hires are repeatedly prioritized over qualified internal candidates. Entire teams have been restructured in ways that disproportionately impacted women while men were promoted into those roles instead. HR is there to protect the company, not employees. Repeated complaints about the same people go nowhere, and concerns are routinely dismissed. Public humiliation, favoritism, retaliation, and demotions have become normalized. Long-tenured high performers are being pushed out and replaced by aggressive leadership styles that are destroying what was once a strong culture. If you value growth, support, or psychological safety, look elsewhere.
