      Only pros I can think about is the location

      Cons

      Terrible place to be in. Need to know how to please your manager. Uses bonus carrot to bully and a way of saying good bye. Think twice before you join IT department. Couple of people rule the IT if you are not in their good books you will be get bullied every day.

      Work/life balance, great communication among employees given its a small office

      Cons

      All the managers are mainly in UK, everything is decided there. Gives off a feeling that the US office is left behind, they were going through funding issues
