Organizations are only as good as their leaders. BA's leader is a maniac and cannot be trusted. There's a reason that employee turnover is high and that BAnt is no longer readily found at retail and network operators anymore.

no direction, purpose, promotion, or feedback from management. Lack of communication. Lack of professionalism. Only out to make a profit. No dedication for the hardwork and dedication of employees.

Lack of employee support, communication, benefits, and civility.
