Pros
Career Opportunities is better. Lot of teams are working on great tech stacks and lot of learnings, but as i said it cannot be generalised for every team. Whenever you want to take leave you can get that, there are companies which needs explanation for adhoc leave request, but here no one cares about that and i like that. WFH(Work from home)
Cons
Management doesn't have a long term vision, they are lost. Lot of useless decisions. No hikes from past 2 years. Recently their hiring decisions went totally wrong, they brought very mediocre resources. They say that they maintain transparency, but it's hard to believe. On Same roles and levels they are not maintaining an uniform monetary benefits.
