Pros

The only pros is the nice office

Cons

Blue Window is a very toxic workplace with heavy micromanagement. The work culture creates a hostile environment, and they literally lay off employees every month only to rehire new ones. Employees have no voice—raising any concern often leads to termination, as workers are expected to tolerate everything without complaint. Some managers even go as far as vaping during meetings, reflecting a lack of professionalism.

Pros

Started as an intern and progressed steadily. All training and tools were provided. If you understand the vision of growth and believe in it you will succeed and achieve the goals.

Cons

No parking facilities are available as of first quarter 2024

Pros

Terrible company. I was contracted as a service provider for more than a year, and eventually let go by email, with no warning at all, a day after I went on my first holiday in a year. There is no coherent structure, and they ask service providers to do some rather odd things, including something that blatantly breaks copyright laws. The staff turnover is high, communication is nonexistent, and they have no regard for loyalty, nor any respect for individuals who are contracted to them.

Cons

There are no cons at all. Nothing. Nada.
