Pros
This year they finally gave full time employees PTO after 20 years of operating as a business.
Cons
Most everyone in upper management is related to or are close friends with the COO. The owner of the company (Dr. Law's wife) likes this because this ensures she can control the COO, and staff members who are experiencing issues cannot report them due to fear of being fired. The work environment is extremely toxic and the day to day work environment is based on the Medspa owner's mood. You have to fight tooth and nail to get a raise. They only give a raise or added commission once valuable employees leave. The turnover here is extremely high. Many people on the website are listed as still working there, when they haven't been employed in years. So far I have noticed that they do not value experienced employees who know what they are doing. Again, this is evident by the high attrition rates throughout the whole company. The only way things could get better is if the CEO and COO leave (which will never happen). That is why great staff members leave because no one in their right mind would stay here long term.
