Pros

Some experienced staff members were helpful during the initial onboarding period, and the company has potential if the culture and leadership were improved.

Cons

Very disappointing experience overall. I joined the business coming from over 6 years at a top 3 best freight forwarder a professional and supportive environment to develop within tenders and commercial operations. Unfortunately, the reality was completely different. As a new starter in tenders, there was very little structure, guidance, or proper training provided. Instead of supporting new employees, management created a stressful and uncomfortable atmosphere where people felt undervalued and constantly under pressure. Communication was poor, expectations were unclear, and the environment quickly became toxic. The office manager was one of the worst I have encountered in my career. Unapproachable, dismissive, and lacking professional leadership qualities. Rather than motivating or developing staff, the management style created tension and negativity across the office. For a role that requires collaboration, accuracy, and attention to detail, the culture made it difficult to perform at your best. Employee wellbeing and retention did not appear to be priorities.
