Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for everything you contributed during your time with Blue Ventures in Mozambique.
First, I’d like to apologise for the delay in responding. We had prepared a reply earlier, but unfortunately, it did not upload successfully.
It’s really encouraging to hear that you found Blue Ventures to be a flexible and supportive place to work, with a good salary and a manageable workload. We care deeply about creating a people-centred working environment, so it means a great deal to know that this was reflected in your experience.
We’re also very grateful for your honest feedback on strategy and career development. While our organisational strategy remains Strategy 2030, we recognise that a strategy only has real value if colleagues feel connected to it and understand how it relates to their work. We know there is always more we can do to communicate this clearly and meaningfully across the organisation. You can read Strategy 2030 here: https://blueventures.shorthandstories.com/blue-ventures-strategy-2030/
We also understand how important career development is to colleagues' work experiences. We know there is more to do to make opportunities for growth and progression clearer, and feedback like yours helps highlight where we need to keep improving.
Thank you again for sharing your perspective with us. We genuinely value feedback like this, and it helps us continue learning and improving how we support our colleagues so they can be their best selves at Blue Ventures!.
With best wishes,
Kevin Moyes
