Pros
I started out at BlueTree when I was just 18 year old as freelance writer. The owners recognized my potential a couple of months later and offered me a full-time role as a content editor. During this period, they taught me a lot about SEO as well, as it was an SEO agency after all. During the next couple of years I got multiple promotions from becoming an SEO specialist, then an SEO manager, to finally becoming an Ops Manager for the entire company. We parted ways sometimes ago since I decided to start my own thing. However, if that wasn't the case, I would have been happy to stay with these guys virtually forever. If you are looking to learn and improve while working in an ambitious environment - this is the place for you.
Cons
If you aren't ambitious and excited about SEO and are just looking for a laid-back job to pass time and make some bucks - you might find work here a bit stressful.
