Pros
I have been working at Blue Spurs for a while now - and from day one I was never made to feel like my opinion didn't matter, but in the time since then the process has improved to the point where they look for opinions and are very welcome to hearing them.
I've never felt undue pressure to do something that I wasn't comfortable with, and any instance where I had a second thought - it was brought up to the team and it was handled, I'm doing exactly what I want to be doing right now and I got there from speaking up and having those making decisions help me reach that point with training, focus and projects/assignments that fit me.
That's a big part of working at Blue Spurs - the people. Every team that I worked with has been talented and understanding, and those who I haven't worked with yet are nice people.
Cons
Sometimes I feel that certain roles get swamped with work and that hinders their ability to perform 100% at times. While it has been improving there is certainly more room for improvement on this. Usually these are roles other than developer ones.
