Pros
I work in the office, which entails a lot of work on the phone (with no cold-calling). Our team in here is committed to being honest, helpful and straightforward with our customers, so that's something that we have come to expect of each other and it's how management treats us. You can really tell they care about all their employees and want us to have success (in and out of the workplace).
Cons
It's not a big deal, but sometimes we work on Saturdays in the office. We're always told about it beforehand, so it's never a surprise.
