Blue Signal strives for continuous improvement to back “Excellence” as one of our three core values. To be excellent, we request feedback from our team constantly. Concerns that employees bring to us are never ignored, and we are sorry you felt that your voice was not heard. We provide monthly employee satisfaction surveys, sporadic surveys on topics we want to gain more insight on from our team, and we provide an anonymous question/suggestion link for comments to go directly to your People & Culture team. As you’ve mentioned, our owner and CEO very much cares about his employees. Blue Signal cannot be successful without a strong team!
Blue Signal is a unique recruiting atmosphere where recruiters can do more than work on other team members’ roles – recruiters have the opportunity to bring on their own clients and have other recruiters work on their job orders. We believe this model allows for the most flexibility and opportunity to succeed. Bringing in a book of business is certainly a great way to be successful quickly, but we are proud to have brand-new recruiters who have never worked in the industry before signing contracts and filling roles within their first few weeks and months in the job. Recruiting is tough, especially in a difficult economic climate, and so pushing harder than we’ve had to the past couple of years is something the whole team is experiencing right now.
