Pros
Some staff really cares for residents, cheap lunches when available, nice building, good schedules, open to listening, interested in hearing ideas.
Cons
No training provided, hostile work environment for everyone that isn't a nurse, incredibly low pay, promises of change and improvements never happen. The fake brown nosing is nauseating. This is a new company so, they haven't quite figured out what it takes to present and operate like a corporate company...feels "home made" rather than professional.
