Pros
The company has grown significantly in size during the past 5 years which has meant a lot of internal changes and many more partners and customers across different verticals. If you like this kind of environment where you are constantly learning new things and having to adapt then you would enjoy it. If you have an idea, you are empowered to share it. Most people have remote contracts which means you can still maintain a good work/life balance whilst working very hard as you can save several hours a day that would have been spent commuting.
Cons
Lots of change and growth naturally creates some unnecessary bureaucracy and confusion about the company direction, role and responsibilities. If you are someone that finds this frustrating then you could struggle. However, if you are able to quiet out the noise then you will still enjoy working here. The company culture and team spirit could be built upon more, there used to be lots of charity opportunities and sports that people could get involved in before Covid hit. The company has just been acquired so this could come back when things settle.
