Pros

Good market recognition, ageing but market leading product. Some good people but they are all updating their resumes.

Cons

Although they talk up a culture of #oneblueprism the reality unfortunately is #itsallaboutme. Where once quotas where achievable by most now they are achievable by few. Coupled with changing comp plans on big deals, it makes for a challenging environment. Unrealistic growth expectations along with senior executives clearly not having any understanding of what is really happening in the field is leading to a dangerous and toxic environment.
