Interesting portfolio of products, covering areas with good potential. Flexible working hours and workplace, not so far from Odense, easily reachable by bus or bike. There is some freedom on how to approach problems, as there is no real framework to follow. Company recruits internationals on a regular basis and sponsor visas. Friendly staff of hard working people. Good canteen agreement as well.
Cons
Layoffs-per-year ratio is bigger than 1. Management seems lost, there is a lack of transparency and no real down-to-earth planning that respects the size that the company has, both regarding the amount of projects, planned new features and stock amounts. High burnout possibility, as the priorities change weekly and come out of the blue, which in turn could lead to a lot of rework/wasted time.
