The organization has fantastic goals and plans for education and workforce development for the entire community, not just Native people. They care and it shows.

All of the funding comes from discretionary federal grant funding, and thus, job security during times of political change in DC is less than reassuring.

Good people, family friendly, great benefits. I honestly love them so much.

Each departments culture is so different from one another. The pay is kinda low.
