Pros
They pay the highest out of most credit unions I can find. They spoil the frontline a lot because they know we have to go through so much emotional members. They do try their best to help the frontline staff out, but it's not always perfect, but it wouldn't go unnoticed that they are trying. Managers are pretty good. Every manager here has different personalities, so you might have a really great one that fits your vibe, and others are just managers and there for the pay and title. They do pretty good with hiring within as well, so promotions and transfers are pretty easy.
Cons
They have so many programs that you have to use and learn, but at the same time, it does help relationship officers with achieving their goals. They do weird sales pitch and scripts and keep adding more. You do have production goals to meet to help increase your pay, but even if you meet 3/5 goals and hit it out of the park, you might just get a simple 2% pay increase, so it just means your work wasn't worth much. 4% match for 401k, could do better. This CU is pretty "salesy". An exec does not believe in remote work, so it hinders the ability to get a remote job. Some departments allow it, but it's usually frowned upon by that exec.
