Pros

Pay was good. Raises are not. There were a few good people there.

Cons

I was silently harassed by an individual there. Complained multiple times. They did nothing but sit us together and told us that we would get fired if "I" kept complaining. You can ask anyone there to this day and they will tell you who that person is. Harassment from managers also runs crazy here. If you don't agree with something and call them out for it you are forever on the blacklist and they find ways to get rid of you. Team leads favor certain employees and let them get away with everything. There's also a certain person I worked with that had meetings every Tuesday Wednesday Friday. That guy made my job stupidly hard. Surfed the internet while production was running. Abandoned the production line multiple times and got away with it because plant manager favors him. They friends on IG and FB and he gives plant manager stock advise while we used to struggle. Plant manager has his favorites. There's no doubt about that. Senior HR is a scapegoat. All the shifts complain about the other shifts and management cant get a handle on the situation. Operators are basically not allowed to operate or make changes without permission. Plant manager once told us not to blame the company for overtime but to blame the fellow team member for causing overtime. He even referenced some Denzel Washington movie. Raises were not fairly given to each department. Safety speaks for itself with the multiple OSHA violations which are public record by the way. They got rid of pension. When hired was told it was a "family company" and we were 1 percenters. Not anymore. Overtime is not run fairly here. Unethical stuff happens here. Career opportunities only to the favored. They have cultures and values that are not followed.
