Pros

Working at blue custard was truly a pleasure i joined blue custard with no experience in sales what so ever and they was willing to give me a chance. That meant a lot to me because not many companies are willing to risk that. The CEO of blue custard is not your boss he is there to coach you and develop you into a better person. I have never worked for a company that care a lot about my progression and me hitting my goals than blue custard it was literally there MOTO. Sadly i had to leave because i wanted to start my own business but let me just say without experience and teaching i receieved from here i wouldnt be the person i am now.

Cons

Honestly there is no cons if you want to build a business or be an entreprenuer then this is place to do that they teach you all the necessary skills and qualities to do that. What i have taken from here i am applying in my business and there is no reason for you not to be succesful.

Pros

I have been working for blue custard for a few months now and I have to say it is the most amazing work environment I have ever worked in. I have read some of the reviews and to be frank quite disappointed at how small minded some people are. The observation day is a chance to get out on the event and see what a working day is like. What other interview gives you that? Take as many breaks as you want the programme is flexible, and earn as much money as you like. I actually left in my final year, left an undergrad job at Unilever and an opportunity to launch my Business with Bseen to pursue this Busines and very shortly I will be running my own office earning no less than 70k a year. Not a bad shout if you ask me.

Cons

Well earning on average 500 pounds a week almost 2000 a month I struggle with being financially smart with my earnings.
