Good organization - HVAC Supervisor Blue Box Air Employee Review

Blue Box is a really exciting company to work for. The company is literally helping improve the health of buildings and reduce their carbon footprints and its technology is unique. However, the workplace environment is also great, with a very motivated and supportive team.

This is a start-up, so the company is moving fast which is both great, but also challenging at times. However, if you like fast-moving change, then it's not really a problem.

honestly cannot think of one.

Absolute farce of a company. Zero structure, zero strategy, zero support. Owner founder is an ego maniac who has inappropriate realationships with female employees half his age. A culture of fear, bullying. Random terminations have plagued this company. 35 great sales people have come and gone. Zero customer retention. Nobody knows if the product even works. owner says he has a patent but its completely fake. Anybody can do what Blue Box claims to do. This is the worst company I have ever worked for. If I could give negative 5 stars I would.
