I enjoyed that creativity was encouraged.

They definitely pushed a political agenda onto their employees. They even had a guest speaker for their all-hands call that talked about their elementary aged child's gender transition from male to female. What does that have to do with the industry/job we are doing? It made no sense and the fact that I was required to listen to this story that does not align with my religious convictions? I also felt that if I were to speak up on where I stand with some of their political views, I would have been terminated.
