Great starting hourly wage, team atmosphere, exercise, solid hours if you're committed, weekly paycheck, opportunities to bonus daily, location management cares about their team
Cons
Getting wet, loud environment, rainy weather may end up cutting your weekly hours. If you don't apply yourself you won't get far. Leadership is content with leaving you in the starting position of you don't show integrity and ambition.
