Blue Apron is a great place to work if you thrive in an environment that encourages cross functional collaboration. The hierarchy is mostly flat, so you get to interact with everyone including the executive leadership team. Admittedly, working at Blue Apron's Tech org requires a great deal of tolerance in stretching your technical abilities. This place felt like a really fun (albeit, stressful at times) tech bootcamp.
