- Yearly 3 increments: Eventually fake, since the increment amount is so low that many other companies way higher even with a single yearly increment.
- They will expect you to work literally whenever they want. Every task is “urgent” for them, which is absurd.
- If you're hired at the maximum salary range mentioned in their job post, you're most likely to be replaced around your 1-year work anniversary.
- They will force you to resign with fake accusations, and they won’t even provide any proof or data to support them.
- The CTO and the Managing Director are the two co-founders, and they are friends. The CTO is too much of a micromanager and does not trust employees at all.
- There are many more cons, and I'm already tired of writing them. In short, don’t even submit an application to join this company.
