Pros
Everyone buys in. This is a company that is out of the startup phase and into the young company phase, meaning the attitude is positive, and the goal is to improve, no matter who you talk to. Management is open to ideas on how to help work-life balance and streamline internal processes as we rapidly expand. There is a tight-knit feel, especially for local/hybrid employees. The company has biannual summits so everyone can meet, which helps with team chemistry. Our websites also work well, generating more leads for most clients, so we can hang our hats on a fantastic product we put out.
Cons
The company is scaling rapidly as new folks are hired, new clients are onboarded, and new silos are pursued. There are growing pains, which are to be expected. We sometimes bring in more clients than we are built to handle, so prioritization is crucial. The jobs also pay around the marketing industry standard, which could be higher.
