The Managers are extremely accessible, always checking in making sure the site environment is comfortable and offering help and encouragement. Not sure if I should name names but Tia and Megan are awesome!! From my initial interview they have been consistent and always available.

No cons come to mind. This has been one of my greatest work experiences
