Good salary but lack of Strategy - Anonymous employee Blu Digital Group Employee Review

Small company, big future. The CEO/owner is a woman, and she's smart and fair. The company is on a growth trajectory with intelligent people at the helm. The office environment is positive and, while WFH is an option for some positions, they make it inviting to come into the office to work. Work/Life Balance is encouraged. The overall company culture is fairly relaxed.

Some of the benefits may not be competitive to other larger companies due to the small size, but that will change as the company grows.

Employees are talented and hard working

Leadership is non existent. The company appears to be broke, Pay cuts are forced upon everyone which were supposed last a few months and are never returned back to normal. Layoffs occur every few months, Many people are now on furlough with no sign on when they will return. Contractors are constantly posting to LinkedIn how they are not being paid. It was a company with a bright future that was run into the ground financially by poor decisions.
