Our People & Culture department is committed to supporting all employees fairly, openly, and with integrity. No previous feedback has ever suggested toxicity within this department, and this is reflected in the positive feedback received. blu-3 takes pride in fostering a collaborative and supportive environment, backed by regular business updates, feedback channels and open forums for our people to raise ideas or concerns.
