-Tons of movement to different teams -Great food benefits -Good health care -Company pays into HSA -Stock plan -Company is growing at 40% (currently) -Company will pay for you to get outside training for Customer Success (Like customer success certification)

Cons

-Not great training for new hires. I am having to spend much of my time training myself on the product...

Pros

The leadership team is supportive, the clients are great, and there’s a strong sense of community, despite the company being global and remote. In my experience, people are genuinely kind and eager to help however they can. The company really lives by its “no drama” culture, and there are plenty of opportunities to grow in your role and learn new things.

Cons

It’s not necessarily a con, but the company does move at a fast pace, so you have to be comfortable being proactive, self-serving, and continuously learning. It’s a great environment for someone who enjoys being challenged and stretching beyond their current skill set. If you’re looking for a slower, steadier pace, this may not be the best fit.
