It's a Bloomberg company so it comes with great benefits. - Amazing healthcare - One whole floor of a pantry (free nespresso, snacks/chips, fruits (banana, apple, etc...), crackers, ramen) for FREE - Commuter benefits (3/4 paid parking, metro monthly subsidy) - Pay is competitive in the area - 3 weeks PTO + 2 weeks sick leave + 3 personal days - 1 day remote on non-holiday weeks - Smart people
Cons
- 4 days in the office (strict, no negotiation) - Top-down leadership - Separate company from Bloomberg LP in NY - Lack of product guidance at times - Cannot work remotely at all outside of the US (and only 1 day a week in the US).
