      Pros

      There are so many smart people at this firm that pretty much anything can get done. The product this company makes sells itself, it is truly amazing.

      Cons

      Middle management is often breathing down your neck and in my opinion focusing in areas that do not improve the customer experience. Quantity seems more important than quality.
