Pros
Great benefits, decent work / life balance, people are very collaborative and friendly - you can speak to anyone at any level, IT staff is responsive, a very transparent company culture.
Cons
no growth plans for many of the roles - if you want to grow or change, you have to do it laterally management could use a lot of training on managing people, as the role should be more than just administrative there is a lot of unintentional promotion of mediocrity. If you are an achiever, this may not be the place for you.
