When having to make decisions that may affect the company as a whole, he absolutely tries to strike a balance and do good by the staff while of course looking after the company's interests. Even if I might disagree with or question a decision, I always knew he had the best intentions. - Great team: industry leaders and individuals with huge potential - Product market fit: the market wants what Blockthrough provides, and it feels good to work on something customers actually want - Huge impact: as a member of a small team/company, every little thing counted

- Company is still maturing concurrently with sales and revenue growing, which means change at a break neck pace - Small team: can feel like everything needs to get done quickly (due to above) but not enough bodies to do it
