I spend two years in Blocket to see how parasitic unskilled management and people without experience hired to do engineering jobs are leeching on the handful of those who were actually capable of working. How the toxic no constructive feedback or critical thinking culture year over year grows this lazy layer of fat. Meetings in Blocket reminded me of the saying “Everyone lies but it does not matter because nobody listens”. Endless rows of such meetings. Great climate, great management support, very professional colleagues. Very nice and innovative projects with great impact for society. Office is quite modern with all the needed facilities.
