Pros
I liked it when we were able to work 4 days a week remotely, and only be asked to come to the office on Friday. But the policy had changed to 2 days remote only. Dev team members were nice and friendly. Great atmosphere. Great learning environment. Always trying something new.
Cons
Not going into details. I could tell that the management team had a hard time giving good compensation to people because of the market. If you care about salaries this isn't the ideal place to work for.
