Pros
Colleagues were great, were always willing to help each other, worked together as a team and supported each other.
Cons
Every day was a constant battle with my direct line manager who came into the business as a bully, this feeling was and still is replicated by the rest of the team but unfortunately upper management and HR don't appear to care. Block don't care about your work/life balance. On call is necessary for some roles and this on call involves monitoring alerts, emails, calls etc, this results in sleepless nights and definitely goes beyond on call, they need a full 24x7 shift as this is how it is being sold to customers. They recently stopped certain teams from working from home, removing any flexibility that the role had.
