      *The environment is really TOXIC, it really hits your mental health *A lot of paranoia *A lot of micromanagement *Absolutely no communication *There is no a real HR department just recruiters *No Transparency *Did I mention how Toxic the environment is?

      I had a job to report to everyday.

      Cons

      Manager and Team Lead delegated most of their work to me. Had to work overtime with no extra pay. Pointless meetings. Lower than market budget to close positions from the firm but high expectancy from the applying candidates in terms of experience. Worked on redundant databases for a good while because manager thought we should still explore old candidates instead of giving us fresher leads to reach out to.
