      Extremely Transparent Management. Great health, medical, vision, dental, 401k, employee stock exchange program (discount 15% on stocks), occasional events that reimburse lunches / dinners, and gift giveaways around Christmas time.

      Cons

      Rapidly growing company that has diluted the quality of compensation, benefit packages previously given to FTEs Hard to move up
