Pros
The food and other perks are top notch at Square but for me, the biggest benefit of working at Square has been my immensely talented co-workers. At Square I have had the opportunity to work with some of the most intelligent and driven people I've ever met.
Cons
Despite the deep talent pool at Square, the path for career advancement within the company is not well defined.
