Well, if you seriously need an INTENSE work environment, where work always pile up and you can't keep up, go ahead and join.

Cons

Where to start? -Extremely toxic work environment. Whatever you do, know that your work won't be appreciated no matter how hard you do. The CEO is a hypocrite. He seems too influential and nice on the outside, but when you're there working under him, he can be the meanest boss. -Racist and discriminate against VAs, They're always putting you down and claiming how they can easily accomplish a task and you're just slowing down the rest. -Won't pay you on time. And will always question your work. "Prove why you deserve this amount of money". -Extremely undervalue their workforce. They claim paying 3$/hour is enough. In fact, even people working there in managerial posts, only get 4-5$/per, They'll always claim that they're losing money training us up, when in fact they're only raking cash from clients and paying us close to nothing. NO TRANSPARENCY.

It gave me a lot of exprience and taught me a lot of skills like: Project management, Being reliable, SEO, Content, and many other things

Cons

It has a toxic work enviroment, people there are very racist towards VAs and they trap you by assigning you hundreds of pieces of content.

* CEO blames employees for the state of the company. * Never paid on time. * Finances are a complete mess and nobody is allowed to see the books, even director level employees. * Buys lavish gifts to entice clients and employees on company dime, then has an unspoken expectation of something in return. * Takes advantage of international virtual assistants. * Major security issues with credentials and access to client accounts. * Silent demotions with no notification or reason. * Lies about business relationship and past results. * Has a history of stranding employees while traveling on business trips. * Instructs team to follow processes, but doesn't follow them himself. * Claims there is thorough training, but all training courses have major functional gaps. The courses creators are extremely unqualified to teach. * Will cook ad campaign data to hide lack of performance. * Anyone who disagrees with him he will personally attack, publicly, on social media. * Expects you to be his personal slave. * Disrespectful to women. * Promotes based on favoritism, not competency or skill. * Clients may be good they don't stick around. * Has a personal vendetta against passive voice.
