everyone is super smart and good at what they do. freedom is celebrated, you are allowed to try new things. very generous perks.

i'm sure some will arise, but i can't think of any atm.

The business is healthy and growing, but the company is still in a relatively early stage, so there is a lot of room to influence the future of the product. The culture is really positive - of course there are the usual growing pains, but no politics and infighting. The founding team is highly transparent and works closely in cooperation with their employees. The team itself is great - very international and a good mix of senior and experienced people with more junior ones.

Company is growing quickly, which leads to a lot of churn in terms of process and organisation - great for someone who thrives in that sort of environment, but less so for someone who wants a clearly defined role and process and doesn't like change.
