Terrible leadership structure, micro management

Great colleagues, easy to get along with and able to work together closely. Location of office at the heart of Tanjong Pagar, and a nice office space. Working hours are good.

The job was NOTHING like what I was sold on. Director of the company, the female boss, is a nightmare to work with - if she ever comes to the office to begin with. She has a terrible sense of leadership, and attends events late, with zero clue about the client and the rundown, which she eventually leaves being dead drunk. Additionally, she is extremely rude and to her clients and her staff, no interest on proper constructive criticism but micro manages on the little things. She calls her staff STUPID, and uses degrading, unprofessional insults. There is no real growth here because they are too busy to teach you anything after the first few months.
