Small office, ability to get your hands in a lot of projects

Quiet office, people put their heads down and do their work, not a ton of interaction between co workers, micro managed

My co-workers are what made getting up to go to this job a bearable thought. They are friendly, funny and make the work day suck less. There's also a great opportunity to learn how to deal with irrational bosses, which is a great skill to have in the work force.

Long hours, unrealistic expectations and zero respect or appreciation is what you can expect to find at this company. If the owner isn't yelling at you because you made a suggestion he didn't like, you can expect his business partner to send you rude emails demanding things get done his way. The time-off policy is a joke and when you ask for time off, even vacation time, the owner asks you how you plan to make up those hours (even if you never take a lunch break, come in early or stay late most days of the week).
