Pros
+ I have an excellent team and amazing coworkers, which makes the day-to-day manageable. This is not the case for everyone + Decent pay, but not many incentives other than that + Benefits (though it feels like they chose the cheapest option) + Global and remote workforce + Good work-life balance
Cons
- Culture is stale and frankly, kinda pathetic. DEI is not prioritized - Doesn't seem to walk the walk in regards to employee growth or engagement - Company, tech, and internal systems feel EXTREMELY outdated. Their IT systems feel held together by MS Office and duct tape. - Most people are kind, but a few (namely in sales) are really terrible co-workers who would rather walk all over you than work with you. - Not Innovative or cutting edge in any way. Their entire business model is to acquire other companies and solutions and then squeeze out the market. - No great support structures. HR and IT are stretched way too thin. - Company seems to only care about profit. - Requires you to come into office part time if you live within 50 miles. 50 miles is quite the distance in some cities.
