- you get to work with multiple teams across different domains
Cons
- salary hikes are very poor - many responsibilities but no returns - company cannot innovate, product seems to have a buy first approach to everything even if what they want to buy solves only minor use cases, product owners will always prioritise the easiest features to build and leave out complex features as they are not sure how to market those.
